Why are you applying for this position:
After receiving your form, I will check which stage of the application
you passed. Everyone still has to pass the accuracy test (if you are not
confident about your own translating skills, don't worry, because I will
give you tips). If you pass, according to your availability, I will email
you a list of requests, and a due date. So, if you say you can do "3
hours, 7 songs" per week, I will email you 10 songs to do in 2 weeks.
I'll always give you extra time.
There is no probation or strict rules. If you can't finish in time, I
can give you more (within reasonable limits). If you need to change your
availability, or don't want to translate anymore, then that's fine too.
No strings attached.
If you translate steadily for Aheeyah, after some time, I may invite you
to become an official staff and into our staff forums, where you work
on lyrics directly in the forum, choose your own lyrics to translate,
and work alongside other crew.
Whew! Thank you for your patience! I will appreciate any help I can get,
because in the end, we are all doing it for the good of the ppl who do
not understand Korean music, helping others understand the music they
love, and making more accessable the music that we love ourselves. Aja,
and Hwaiting to everyone!
